Matt Sartwell, the managing partner of Kitchen Arts & Letters, the culinary book store on the Upper East Side, has opened a branch in the lobby library of the Park South Hotel in NoMad. Along with culinary best sellers, how-to books, cookbooks from 28 Michelin-starred restaurants and foreign-language editions, there are also a number of rare and out-of-print volumes, including “Essential Cuisine” by Michel Bras.
