I Agree to an extent. I have the mentality that giving praise for doing your job can often times lose sincerity when given too often. When someone does something really well, I give praise. That way they truly know they did something above and beyond. janeiro 27, 2018 Leia mais
It's easy to point out the things someone does wrong, because hopefully they stand out. BUT, it's actually easier to give praise when someone does something right.
