It's easy to point out the things someone does wrong, because hopefully they stand out. BUT, it's actually easier to give praise when someone does something right. Plus, it makes them feel better, you feel better and then, when you need to point out something they've done wrong, they're a lot more likely to listen - thus, the product ends up being better, too.
