I love internet, and being in touch instantly with people all around the world is great. But when I think of my childhood & teens in '80s, I feel very lucky to remember that - besides telepathy - the only way to contact my friends and family was to give a call, send a letter or knock at the door. I don't know why but I believe this memory of moments without WiFi etc are very precious, as if the time was running less fast. However, now, I can hardly figure out a life without this technology. It's all about balance.
