The concept of my menu is simple. I organise a list of the ingredients I have sourced from my carefully chosen market suppliers each day for you. You can either construct your own 3 course menu using these for reference – or you can leave the decision completely in my hands and I will create a bespoke 3, 6 or 8-course menu for you. If you do have any dietary requirements please share them with my Restaurant Manager and we will take care of the rest.”
