IDAM est un voyage en soi ... Son nom évoque la générosité, l’attention que l’on porte à ceux que l’on reçoit. Le restaurant est situé au cœur du Musée des Arts Islamiques, à Doha (Qatar), à l’extrémité de la péninsule arabique. Dans un décor exceptionnel signé Philippe Starck, les clients découvrent une cuisine méditerranéenne savoureuse et raffinée aux accents orientaux. Il faut déguster les plats Signature : le Pois chiches et lentilles, vinaigrette « harira » ou les Cromesquis safranés, coquillages et herbes en entrée, l’incontournable Homard bleu entier, aubergine fumée et croustillante « zaalouk » en plat, et pour terminer la délicate Pastilla au lait, granité thé-menthe ou bien les Pistaches d’Iran moelleuses et croquantes.
