Anne Trimbach, the 13th generation of the Trimbach family of Alsace, France, will be our guest host for the evening. Join us as Anne speaks on her heritage, her personal experience growing up with a winemaker as a father and the culture of winemaking in France. Chef Gras has created a menu to compliment Trimbach’s elegant and balanced wines.
