Jeffrey Chodorow’s $8 million 260-seat restaurant, which has been open only since April, specializing in the food and wine of the Pacific Northwest, will close on Jan. 1. Mr. Chodorow has no plans for the space, where he had two other restaurants previously: 622 Third Avenue (40th Street), (212) 404-1700.
