If you know fine dining and you know New York, then you know Daniel and Chef de Cuisine Eddy Leroux. Raised in the town of Douai, in northern France close to Belgium and trained in Paris, Eddy has lived in New York since 1998. He has collaborated with Daniel Boulud for the last 14 years and loves this city, fascinated by the diversity and more than 800 languages spoken here.
