Who said "Construction never ends"? Whoever it was, he is right, even if the project evolves and goes forward every day. So many details have to be considered for a kitchen to function well. So many variables get into the game and push back the project. Our cooking line (meaning the actual stoves) was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. They are still on the boats coming from Europe. Until then, the construction teams continue to work around the empty space doing as much as they can- more pipes are hidden and gray wall turns into white and glossy tiles. It is just starting to look like a kitchen. This is one of many reason why restaurant always have late openings.
