L2O Dinner Series - Taittinger Champagne





On Monday, April 27th, L2O welcomes Jerome Jenadin of Taittinger House Champagne as our special guest host for the month of April. Chef Laurent Gras has specifically created a progression of five dishes in balance with the subtle nuances of each cuvee in Jerome’s portfolio (Prelude Grand Cru, Brut; Brut La Francaise; Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs; Brut Millesime; Comtes de Champagne Rose). Jerome will saber a magnum of Taittinger to initiate an intimate evening as he shares stories from the history of Taittinger, and his life in France. The menu will include dishes such as Tuna, Oyster, Caviar; Scallop, Vanilla, Passionfruit; Veal Rack, Asparagus, Foie Gras Sauce.

Easter Dinner – April 12, 2009

On Sunday, April 12th, L2O will serve a special menu designed specifically for the holiday by Chef Laurent Gras in addition to L2O’s normal dining options. Dishes from the $90 three-course prix-fixe menu include Asparagus, Truffle Vinaigrette, Olive; Lamb, Rosemary Crumble, Zucchini; and Caramel “Egg,” Chocolate.
