The cables were one of the last design elements to go in the dining room. About 600 hundred of them together create an open wall that divides the dining room, without closing it. They are screwed on, one by one, into the floor to allowing us to readjust the tension if needed. Like a harp standing in a room, no one can resist touching the cords to listen to the sound. Our cables have no sound, but still give to the fingertips the magic feeling of the instrument. Of all the elements in the restaurant, people touch these the most. When Tony readjusts the tension of the cables he likes to say, laughing, "they touched them so may time last night."
